Our mission is simple, we want to empower people towards a life-giving journey with Jesus.
what to expect
We get it, attending a church can be completely unnerving. It does not matter if you’re a seasoned veteran in your faith, or someone just checking it out for the first time – walking into the doors of a church can be a bit…awkward. You are not alone! We have created an environment for people, just like you to explore what it means to have a faith journey with Jesus. Please come as you are, we have no expectations.
Our hope is that as soon as you walk into the door of the Grace St. Theater, the venue we call Center Church, you will be greeted warmly by some smiling faces. There is an information table as soon as you walk in with someone willing to answer any of your questions. Not to mention, we have provided both hot coffee and some snacks for you to munch on as you wait for the gathering to start.
If you have little ones with you, simply follow the signs to the back of the theater where we’ve created a fun environment for our kids to gather. We welcome kids and infants, and every volunteer has received a local and federal background check.
During the gathering, feel free to join us in singing four songs, and listening to a 25-minute, dynamic message about the love Jesus has for you and our city. We try to incorporate as much creativity into our gatherings and make you as comfortable as possible.
After all, one of our values is that you can BELONG BEFORE YOU BELIEVE.
We can’t wait to meet you,
Center Church Staff.
